Hello, I’m Chelsea! I’m a 24 year old that just moved back to my hometown, Jacksonville, Florida. I lived in Orlando for 5 years, and during that time, I went to school for Baking and Pastry Management and Culinary Management, got my dachshund Delilah Jo, studied abroad in Florence, Italy for almost 3 weeks, worked as a chocolatier at David Ramirez Chocolates, and worked at Walt Disney World Resort as a cook at the signature dining restaurant Le Cellier Steakhouse. Currently, I work for Cooper’s Hawk Winery and Restaurant which is great because great wine + great food are always a plus in my book. I love to discover new/local restaurants, travel, spend time with family, and spoil my pup.
